Personal Information System
Personal Information System (PIS) refers to the employee human resource functions being carried out so that they get the services from their office. This includes new appointment data, joining data, transfer data, service book, ACR status, Leaves management, attendance management & many more functions are involved in the HR functions of the employee. The module provides the employee related digitally signed data.
Payroll system refers to organize the employee salary data as per the requirements of the Urban Local Bodies. This includes earnings & deductions. Earnings includes receivables from the government & deductions includes the deductions from the salary of the employee such as income tax, loans, GIS, GPF etc. The system also provides the annual details of the salary for the calculation of income tax.
